We completed a couple of cabin projects this month. One was a road down to the lake. It cuts off from the driveway and goes directly to the lake. It's not as finished as our driveway, so not suitable for cars and trucks, but great for quads and should be very nice this winter for accessing the lake on our snow machines!
We also replaced the stairs leading up to the deck and door. After we tore them down we had to use the ladder to access the house for the day!
Scott assembled the runners on the deck...
Then slid it down and attached it.
Next up: treads!
And a railing!
A good way to wrap up the days of work...
So nice to have solid stairs with a hand rail...I know we'll appreciate it all the more this winter!
