I actually followed this one pretty closely, although I did substitute canned corn for the frozen corn the recipe called for.

The Verdict
Good, but a bit spicy for my taste. Next time I'll choose a sweeter salsa and I think I'll like it better. Scott liked it and Kelsey did too, after we added some sour cream to hers. Stacy didn't care for it. It's a do over though--I want to try it once more with different salsa, because it was quick!
